LE RÊVE Online Studio is a fitness and mindfulness studio for women living with post traumatic stress or a head injury and who want to feel FREE in their body and mind. The fitness is focused on strength, flexibility and restorative movement. There are meditations, yoga nidras and journal prompts to support you breaking through limiting beliefs and creating the life of your dreams.
LE RÊVE is also home to coaching courses: Eat for Brain and Mood, and UNSHAKEABLE: Whole Body Healing & Goal Achieving, both taught by Sloan Lauinger, LE REVE founder, trainer and coach.
